Job summary

American Oncology Network AON seeks an RN Care Manager to provide disease-specific management, coordinate chemotherapy care, and address patient symptoms across the treatment continuum. You will support patients and families, document in OncoEMR, and collaborate with oncologists and clinic staff to optimize care delivery.

Role requires an RN license, 5+ years nursing and 2+ years oncology experience, CPR, and HIPAA adherence.

Qualifications

• Education: RN nursing program graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years oncology experience.
• Active RN license in state of employment; CPR certification required.
• OCN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide disease-specific management and oncology care coordination.
• Triage and address patient symptoms via telephone and in real time medical records.
• Document assessments and interventions in OncoEMR; coordinate care with oncologist and clinic staff.
• Communicate with patients, families, and internal teams to ensure informed treatment decisions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adherence to SOPs; support care management initiatives.
