Job summary

You will support patients in Mobile and Daphne, AL, guiding them through navigation and proactive care, with a focus on outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 2–3 years of oncology treatment and symptom management.
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive oncology care plans and symptom management.
• Serve as clinical anchor and advocate for patients through treatment journeys.
• Educate patients and families about care options, resources, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure timely, proactive care.
