Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a ProFee Coder – Oncology for a remote, contract-to-hire role supporting hospital systems nationwide. You will apply E/M coding guidelines, oncology procedural coding, modifiers, and bundling rules to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of oncology coding experience, holds AHIMA or AAPC credentials, and can maintain 95% coding accuracy while meeting production standards. Proficiency with EHRs and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of oncology coding experience.
• Active AHIMA or AAPC credential.
• Proficient in E/M coding and oncology procedural coding.
• Ability to maintain 95% coding accuracy while meeting production standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply E/M guidelines to Oncology services.
• Utilize oncology procedural coding, modifiers, and bundling rules.
• Interpret anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology relevant to Oncology coding.
• Maintain coding accuracy of at least 95% while meeting production standards.
• Use MS Office and EHR systems for coding/documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies.
