Job summary

Medasource is seeking a ProFee Coder - Oncology for a remote, contract-to-hire role. You will apply E&M and oncology procedural coding, ensure 95% accuracy, and collaborate with providers to resolve discrepancies. Two+ years Oncology coding and AHIMA or AAPC credentials are required.

The role supports hospital systems nationwide with flexible hours, starting 11/2/2026. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of oncology coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of E&M coding for Oncology services.
• Proficient in procedural coding, modifiers, and bundling rules in Oncology.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology related to Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Apply E&M coding guidelines to Oncology services.
• Utilize coding knowledge to ensure 95% accuracy while meeting production standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies.
• Use MS Office and EHR systems for coding and documentation.
