Savista is hiring for a Coding Specialist II-Profee Oncology in a remote USA role. You will review clinical documentation to assign ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for oncology-related procedures and facility records.

The position requires AHIMA or AAPC credentials and at least two years of hands-on coding experience. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate APC and E/M coding, data abstraction, and collaboration with client staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Competenze

• AHIMA or AAPC credential required (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCA, or CPC(COC), CCS-P).
• Two years of hands-on coding experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS codes.

Mansioni

• Select and sequence ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for designated patient types.
• Review facility records to ensure accurate APC assignments and E/M coding.
• Abstract data from records to support diagnoses and procedures for billing.
