Job summary

• Schedules all types of complex treatments with attention to detail.

• Obtains and verifies demographic and insurance information.
• Screens and verifies information for accuracy when scheduling CTU appointments.
• Educates patients on CTU appointments preparation and answers questions.
• Uses scheduling software to coordinate multiple treatments across CTU locations.
• Collaborates with physicians, radiologists, technologists, and patients to coordinate procedures and exams.
