Job summary

CancerNavigator, Inc. operates as a remote-first healthcare company dedicated to supporting cancer patients nationwide. Nurse Navigators work with patients from diagnosis through treatment and into survivorship, educating families and coordinating with care teams, researchers, and insurers.

Key duties include addressing barriers to care, scheduling, and connecting patients to resources, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Must have oncology nursing experience and passion for serving cancer patients.
• Eastern hours (8am-5pm EST) availability required.
• Strong care coordination and navigation skills.
• Proficiency with basic office tools (Gmail, Zoom, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support patients at all journey stages, from diagnosis to remission.
• Coordinate with care teams and health plans to remove barriers to care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
• Provide longitudinal support, including transportation, finances, and resources.
