Job summary

CancerNavigator, a remote-first healthcare company based in the U.S., is seeking a Spanish-speaking Oncology Nurse Navigator. The role focuses on educating patients, coordinating care, and guiding them through the treatment journey with a clinical team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of oncology nursing experience, an OCN credential, and comfort with telehealth tools. Remote-first with occasional on-site meetings in DC and Denver. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have oncology nursing experience.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Ability to work Pacific hours (8am–5pm PST).
• Oncology care coordination experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Educate cancer patients and families about diagnosis and treatment options.
• Collaborate with researchers to guide patients to appropriate centers and doctors.
• Address barriers to care: scheduling, insurance coordination, and record transfers.
• Provide longitudinal support throughout the patient journey, including access to resources and transportation as needed.
