American Oncology Network is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to provide individualized education and resources across all cancer care phases. The RN will collaborate with providers to overcome barriers, coordinate services, and support survivorship planning.

The role emphasizes clinical knowledge in oncology, patient education, and remote work capability within a multi-site network. Travel to satellite offices and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience: at least 5 years in oncology nursing; clinical trial experience preferred.
• Proficiencies: critical thinking, problem solving, planning, time management, and organization.
• Interpersonal: strong communication, diplomacy, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity.
• Self-management: ability to work remotely as required and handle multiple sites.
• Computer skills: MS Office proficiency.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate cancer care per NCCN guidelines.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decisions across all cancer care phases.
