Job summary

Oncology Hematology Associates in the United States seeks an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to support patients across the cancer continuum. This RN will provide individualized education, resources, and coordination to help patients, families, and caregivers overcome barriers and access timely care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five years of Oncology nursing experience.
• OCN certification required; active RN license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients with cancer per NCCN guidelines.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decisions.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support accruals by screening and consenting patients for trials.
• Collaborate with clinics to coordinate infusion services and resources.
• Participate in outreach and marketing material updates.
