Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to guide patients through the cancer care continuum. You will coordinate care with clinicians, educate patients and families, and facilitate access to trials and supportive services.

The role requires five years in oncology nursing, NCCN guideline familiarity, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel up to 50% is expected, with on-site duties at Central Georgia Cancer Care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in oncology nursing.
• Clinical trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for cancer patients per NCCN guidelines.
• Educate patients and families to enable informed decisions.
• Coordinate survivorship planning and resources across services.
• Support outreach, marketing materials and provider communications.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth access to trials and services.
