Onco360 is a unique Oncology Pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY has a need for a Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our growing team! The hours for this position will vary M-F.

This position is remote but you must live within commutable distance to our pharmacy location in Louisville, KY. Starting salary of $80K and above.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Desired: 1+ years' experience in oncology
• Required: 1+ years in a healthcare setting
• Desired: 1+ years in specialty pharmacy setting
• Required: Current license as registered nurse
• Desired: ONCC or ONS certification

Responsibilities

• Explain disease, treatment plan and potential side effects to patients.
• Provide medication therapy management.
• Assist providers and patients by phone, answering questions.
• Review medical and health history of patients.
• Communicate with patients and physician staff.
• Ensure compliance with professional practice and patient confidentiality.
• Document adverse drug reactions per guidelines.
• Inform pharmacy manager of medication errors.
• Document all communications with physicians or providers.
• Follow up with patients and providers to monitor treatment goals.
