Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Oncology Nurse Navigator to coordinate cancer care for patients, guide them through treatment plans, and support clinicians. The role is remote but requires living within commutable distance to the Scottsdale location.

Starting salary is $80,000 and above, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before Sept 30, 2026. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid life and disability

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license.
• Minimum 1+ year in oncology or cancer care preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care by communicating disease, treatment plan and potential side effects.
• Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling.
• Greet and assist patients and providers by phone, answering questions and requests.
• Review patients' medical and health histories for care planning.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff throughout treatment.
• Comply with professional practice and patient confidentiality laws.
• Document adverse drug reactions according to guidelines and report medication errors.
• Document all communications with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Follow up with patients and providers to monitor progress toward drug goals.
