Job summary
Daymark Health is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical decision-making for a panel of cancer patients as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This fully remote role operates on East Coast hours and requires delivering evidence-based oncology care and navigation via virtual channels to support patients, providers, and health plans.
You will build and refine a care model across markets, engaging in problem solving, and contributing to a high-performing team culture
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license is required.
- Oncology experience is required.
- Rhode Island licensure or application in progress is required.
- Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care on demand via video or phone for a cancer patient panel.
- Serve as escalation partner for care team with remote communication channels.
- Support panel reviews and documentation to keep the team focused on patient care.
