Job summary

Thyme Care, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Navigation Nurse Practitioner to join our telemedicine-driven care team.

You will evaluate and manage urgent oncology symptoms, develop concrete care plans with onboarding RNs, and oversee interdisciplinary case conferences to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You will work in a flexible, patient‑first environment with remote or hybrid options in Nashville or New York City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years NP experience, including 2 years in adult oncology with urgent care.
• Unrestricted license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Experience with telehealth and startup/tech-forward environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine-based evaluation and management for urgent oncology-related symptoms.
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans with care team.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary case conferences and oversee care plans.
• Be available for holiday, night, and weekend emergency coverage.
