Job summary

Thyme Care is hiring a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator to support members diagnosed with cancer through clinical assessments and care coordination. This role is integral to improving care experiences for our patients.

You will conduct assessments, monitor health changes, and educate patients, working either remotely or in our Nashville office. We're looking for an RN with significant oncology experience and a passion for patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
• 5+ years of nursing experience with 3 years in oncology.
• OCN or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor health changes.
• Educate members and caregivers about diagnoses and treatments.
• Coordinate care and manage transitions for members.
