Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• Healthcare/science experience in oncology preferred (pharma/biotech/medical devices) even if not in sales.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Residence within district or reasonable distance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals in Jacksonville, FL and adjacent areas.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand practice structure and business needs.
• Communicate oncology product value with a patient-centered rationale.
• Analyze market dynamics and account patterns to inform plans with the Oncology Customer Team Leader.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
