Job summary

Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to drive growth in the Minneapolis territory, engaging with customers to understand needs and educate stakeholders on our oncology portfolio. You will work with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and district colleagues to build relationships and deliver patient-centered solutions.

Travel up to 25% with overnight stays, maintain deep product knowledge, and contribute to long-term market insights while supporting a compliant, patient-focused sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent oncology-related experience in sales, marketing, or clinical roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Travel up to 15% including overnight stays.
• Reside in or near the district to cover the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for the territory.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand practice structures.
• Communicate the value of oncology products to customers and the broader oncology community.
