Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to cover the Portland and southern Idaho region, focusing on selling diagnostic oncology products and services.

You will collaborate with Territory Business Managers and Regional Directors to identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and close new deals while expanding existing accounts. Strong clinical and lab market knowledge is essential, along with travel readiness and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or business required (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of oncology sales in diagnostic or pharma preferred.
• Strong closing skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical and/or laboratory markets and products.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Learn NeoGenomics products, services, and policies, and stay updated on competitor offerings.
• Achieve annual sales and profit goals within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with TBMs to engage Tier A/B/C accounts.
• Coordinate with KAMs and CSS to increase account value on key accounts.
• Expand within current oncology groups and upsell products and services.
• Provide market feedback on products, competition and conditions to leadership.
• Develop territory information on competitors and distributors to inform strategy.
