Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories seeks an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Albany/Utica/Potsdam area. The role requires deep knowledge of oncology products, strong relationship building, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

You will collaborate with TBMs and Regional Directors, engage with KAMs, and expand existing oncology accounts. Travel up to 75% is expected, with a focus on improving patient care through advanced diagnostic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of oncology sales experience in diagnostic or pharma is preferred.
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to learn and retain product information to position features and benefits.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an oncology diagnostic sales specialist in the assigned Albany/Utica/Potsdam region.
• Coordinate sales efforts with TBMs and Regional Director to grow accounts.
• Engage with KAMs and CSS to increase account value on key oncology accounts.
• Promote NeoGenomics molecular products and provide consultative solutions.
• Identify opportunities and target new oncology groups to expand growth.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on products and competition.
