Job summary

PRO‑spectus is seeking a fully remote Clinical Navigator to provide patient education, treatment-support and care coordination within infusion/oncology programs. Ideal candidates will work in Mountain or Pacific Time and bring strong communication and documentation skills.

The Clinical Navigator conducts structured outreach throughout the patient journey, documents patient interactions and outcomes, and collaborates with care teams while maintaining privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical experience.
• Current, unrestricted professional license or certification applicable to the assigned program.
• 2+ years experience in direct patient care, patient education, care coordination, or related fields.
• Experience delivering education and support remotely via telephone, video, or messaging.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outreach to patients and caregivers at designated points in the treatment journey.
• Provide program-approved education on prescribed treatment and adherence expectations.
• Identify barriers to initiation, continuation, or adherence and develop strategies.
• Escalate clinical questions to the treating provider per protocol.
• Document outreach attempts, education, concerns, milestones, outcomes, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate communication with authorized stakeholders while respecting privacy standards.
