Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• North Carolina licensure as Pharmacist required; credentialing through UNC Hospitals.
• Board certification in Oncology Pharmacy preferred (PGY2/BCOP) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacist care and MTM for hematology/oncology patients in community settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead quality improvement and outcomes initiatives within the department.
