Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
• Active North Carolina pharmacist license required.
• Oncology-focused residency or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacist care for hematology/oncology patients in community settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
