Qualifications

• Extensive hematology/oncology pharmacotherapy knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers about hematology/oncology infusion therapy plans.
• Respond to drug information questions from medical staff, nursing staff, or pharmacy colleagues.
• Coordinate medication-related aspects of transitional care.
• Serve as a liaison between medical team and pharmacy teams to ensure timely delivery of medications.
• Educate students and residents during rotations.
