The US Oncology Network is seeking a Contact Center Care Coordinator to support patients and providers in the Texas region. This full-time, remote role requires Texas residency with occasional on-site training.

You will coordinate appointments, provide education, and ensure high-quality customer service across channels. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or healthcare, strong communication and documentation skills, and familiarity with EMR and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by coordinating healthcare services between patients, families, and providers.
• Handle scheduling, inquiries, and guidance via phone, email, and chat.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate patient records in the system.
• Meet service level metrics for quality and productivity.
