Modivcare is seeking a Supervisor - Onboarding to lead and develop a high-performing onboarding team, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment steps and strict compliance with background checks and Form I-9.

You will collaborate with Recruiting, HR and Hiring Managers to streamline processes, monitor onboarding metrics, and drive continuous improvement in remote operations. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of experience in onboarding, employee experience, or a related HR function
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
• Experience with onboarding compliance, background checks, and Form I-9 processes
• Strong knowledge of employment documentation, compliance requirements, and audit procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Experience with Workday, applicant tracking systems, or similar HR technology preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing onboarding team, including performance management and professional development
• Oversee daily onboarding operations, workload distribution, and timely completion of pre-employment requirements
• Ensure compliance with background check requirements, Form I-9 verification, and applicable employment regulations
• Monitor onboarding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
• Identify and resolve compliance gaps, onboarding delays, and escalated issues
• Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process
• Improve onboarding workflows, procedures, and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce compliance risks
• Monitor team performance, onboarding metrics, and compliance trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support additional HR operations as needed
• Occasional business travel may be required
