Job summary

Oyster HR is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager for a fully remote, fixed-term contract ending in May 2027. You will guide customers and Oyster team members through onboarding, acting as a single point of contact from new hire submission to engagement.

You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Product teams to support onboarding operations across Oyster products, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Own guiding and supporting customers and Team Members through their onboarding journey, from a new hire submission to Engaged.
• Provide explanatory documentation to Customers and Team Members on Oyster, using diverse sources for quick, accurate answers.
• Organize meetings with Customers and Team Members to answer questions and align on onboarding steps.
• Manage custom requests and escalations that occur during onboarding.
