Oyster is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to Customers and Team Members. You will be on the frontline, working with Customers seeking to hire or pay through Oyster, and with Team Members employed by Oyster.

You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Product teams while supporting onboarding operations for one or more products. This is a fully remote role based in UTC +0 to +3 with a fixed-term contract ending in July 2027.

• Providing explanatory documentation to Customers and Team Members on Oyster, answering ad-hoc questions quickly and accurately using a wide range of sources
• Organizing meetings with Customers and Team Members to answer their questions
