Job summary

Doxel is seeking a detail-oriented onboarding coordinator to keep customer onboardings moving. Working under Doxel’s Enterprise Implementation Manager, you’ll coordinate the delivery of onboarding components across internal teams and chase gaps before they slip.

When a project stalls because a file is missing, you’re the person who catches it first. This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role for someone who takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years in Operations, Support, Project Coordination, Analytics, or similar — with a history of tracking and driving measurable improvements.
• Able to manage multiple threads at once and coordinate several workstreams.
• Process-driven with a method for tracking dependencies.
• Curious and quick to learn; asks good questions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding requirements and track every item against the definition of done.
• Coordinate across internal teams delivering onboarding components on time.
• Prepare onboarding files to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Track multiple onboardings and surface risks before they become problems.
• Flag risks early and propose a path forward, not just the problem.
• Liaise between stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on status.
• Support customer-facing communication and grow into ownership.
• Communicate clearly in writing; emails and async updates are key.
• Spot friction in onboarding and propose process improvements.
