Job summary

Doxel is seeking a detail‑oriented onboarding coordinator to keep customer onboardings moving. Working directly under Doxel’s senior Enterprise Implementation Manager, you’ll own the coordination layer across internal teams, tracking what each onboarding needs and chasing gaps before they slip.

This is a hands‑on, growth‑oriented role starting by supporting your manager’s accounts, then expanding to direct ownership of customer relationships and accounts of your own.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years in Operations, Support, Project Coordination, Analytics, or similar — with history of tracking and driving improvements.
• Capability to manage multiple threads without losing track of any.
• Process-driven with a method for tracking dependencies.
• Curious and quick to learn new tools and processes.
• Meticulous written communication skills.
• Coachable, self-aware, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding requirements for each portfolio and track all items to define done.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Request, arrange, validate, and prepare onboarding files for timely delivery.
• Track status across multiple onboardings and surface risks early.
• Flag risks with context and propose a path forward.
• Liaise between stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on status.
• Support customer-facing communication and grow into owner of accounts.
• Communicate clearly in writing via email and async updates.
• Identify friction and propose process improvements.
