Job summary

Novi AMS is seeking a people-centered Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from kickoff through go-live, coordinating cross‑functional teams and change activities in a remote, US-based role.

You’ll lead multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, build strong relationships with customers, leverage Rocketlane and Tettra for documentation, and use AI tools to streamline meetings and communications, while maintaining empathy and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onboarding, implementation, or similar customer-facing project experience.
• Strong project management and change management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Guide customers through onboarding and organizational change, building confidence at each stage.
• Coordinate handoffs to Sales, Support, and Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain onboarding playbooks and documentation to improve processes.
• Provide coverage for Support during team meetings and assist with related issues.
