Job summary

Rocketlane is seeking an AI-Implementation Manager in the US to lead end-to-end onboarding for large customers. You will run discovery, design configurations, orchestrate integrations, and guide customers to value with minimal supervision.

In this role you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and customer teams to unblock complex deployments, automate tasks, and shape AI-driven workflows for scalable success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company (Implementations / Onboarding / Technical Consulting).
• Proven ability to run enterprise onboarding projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in discovery, documenting workflows, and translating requirements into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle for enterprise customers—from kick-off to go-live.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business workflows into Rocketlane configurations.
• Design and guide customers on best-practice implementations, even when pushing back or course-correcting.
