Novi AMS is seeking a people-centered Onboarding Specialist to guide customers from kickoff through go-live in a remote SaaS environment. You will manage multiple onboarding projects, coordinate with Sales, Support and Success, and apply AI tools to streamline meetings and documentation.

• 2+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or a comparable role.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead multiple onboarding projects in a remote SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead several onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during onboarding.
• Maintain project plans in Rocketlane and track risks.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales, Support and Success teams.
• Apply AI tools to prepare for meetings and document decisions.
