Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager/Client Success Lead to guide onboarding across multiple projects. You will be the primary client contact, balancing scope, timelines, quality, and risk while driving adoption of our software solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project management, advanced Excel, and proven communication skills. A self-starter mindset and willingness to be on-call are required; remote collaboration is supported with diverse teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing projects and onboarding sessions.
• Strong ability to lead conversations across multiple teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects and manage client expectations end-to-end.
• Coordinate timelines, scope, quality, and risk with stakeholders.
• Provide training and documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Utilize Salesforce and PM tools to track progress and issues.
• Identify upsell opportunities and escalate as needed.
