ABC Fitness is seeking a Project Manager to oversee onboarding and integration projects for multiple clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery.

You’ll own client relationships, track milestones in Salesforce, JIRA, or Asana, and translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing projects, facilitating client conversations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM and project tools (Salesforce, JIRA, Asana) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients through onboarding and integration with clear scope and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and manage risks.
• Provide client education, track outcomes, and ensure successful deployment.
• Deliver weekly updates to leadership and collaborate with Customer Success.
• Support pre-sales activities and educate clients on platform features.
