Job summary

Qolo, now part of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), is seeking a Senior Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding programs for banks, networks, and fulfillment providers.

You will own end-to-end delivery, ensuring funds flows and configurations are correct from day one, while collaborating with product, engineering, risk/compliance, and commercial teams. You will report to Customer Success, applying payment expertise, operational acumen, and a customer-centric approach to deliver on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing, complex enterprise project delivery.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem with card issuing.
• Experience leading API-driven or technical integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects on tight timelines.
• Strong cross-functional influence across product, tech, ops, legal.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding projects from scope to budget.
• Lead complex onboarding projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Maintain RAID logs, project plans, and status reports for all stakeholders.
• Navigate dependencies with banks, networks, card fulfillment providers, and other partners.
• Mentor and coach other project managers on best practices.
