Corpay is seeking a Project Manager – Implementations to oversee client onboarding projects, ensuring successful deployment of payment solutions from Richmond, VA or Brentwood, TN. You will coordinate with Account Management, IT, and Operations to align scope, timelines, and deliverables.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and cross‑functional teamwork to drive on-time implementations and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timeline, and success of client onboarding projects.
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders to align expectations and deadlines.
• Document milestones and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide project updates and status reports to leadership.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support onboarding and planning sessions.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Gather insights from enterprise projects to drive process improvements.
• Support other tasks and projects as assigned.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and client contacts.
