Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and accounts.
• Schedule welcome calls, orientation, and virtual check-ins.

• Maintain accurate records in HR/CRM systems.
• Serve as main contact for onboarding questions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and managers to ensure timely readiness.
