Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Onboarding Lead for our fully remote US-based team. You will guide a group of onboarding professionals, driving strategic partnerships with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure rapid value realization for hoteliers.

You will champion AI-enabled onboarding, build scalable processes, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver personalized hospitality experiences from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading onboarding or customer-success teams.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Product and Support to drive improvements.
• Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building talents.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding coaches to deliver exceptional, personalized onboarding.
• Drive AI tooling adoption and modernize onboarding processes to reduce manual work.
