Job summary

PracticeTek is seeking a dedicated onboarding leader to manage customer implementations from post-sale through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. You will coordinate with Sales, Success, Support, and Product to ensure successful, on-time deployments and value realization for healthcare practice customers.

You will drive end-to-end project plans, lead customer meetings, and ensure clear expectations and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software onboarding, customer success, or project management within SaaS or technology environments.
• Ability to independently manage multiple customer projects with accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Strong project-management, organization, and prioritization skills with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding projects from post-sale handoff through kickoff, configuration, training, launch, and transition to the ongoing Customer Success team.
• Drive the onboarding project plan with goals, milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and success criteria; maintain clear documentation.
• Lead customer communication, meetings, and alignment; translate needs into actionable implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Technical, Operations to address configurations and data requirements.
• Drive launch readiness and continuous improvement by identifying risks and ensuring training and implementation activities are completed.
