Job summary
Smartsheet seeks a Talent Development Partner to own onboarding and career development programs, shaping the employee experience from day one through growth. You’ll design a comprehensive onboarding and build tools like IDP templates and development pathways, partnering across the business to embed culture.
You will report to the Director of Talent Management in the Bellevue office, shaping a scalable, enterprise-wide program with live sessions, workshops, and data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in talent development, organizational development, or HR program design
- Experience launching enterprise-wide onboarding programs
- Experience building career development frameworks (IDPs, career pathways) for a full organization
- Comfort managing a phased roadmap with multiple programs
Responsibilities
- Design and launch a comprehensive onboarding program welcoming new hires and building cultural knowledge
- Own and evolve onboarding as a living program using data to iterate and improve
- Build Smartsheet's career development story with IDP templates, pathways, and courses
- Facilitate live sessions and workshops across Talent Development programs
- Partner across the business to ensure onboarding and career development align with needs
