You will lead Employment Brand, Talent Management, Employee Development, and Onboarding as we scale globally.

The role focuses on building foundational talent structures, creating scalable programs, and preparing for AI-enabled talent models while collaborating with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive people strategy, organizational development, or talent product experience in scaling and transformative technology environments.
• Deep track record in talent management and thriving in a nimble, iterative environment.
• Ability to execute day-to-day needs while delivering a strategic roadmap.
• Data-driven decision maker with a strong point of view on applying talent and learning to flow of work.
• Experience launching MVPs quickly and gathering feedback in real time.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across People & Culture teams and the business.

Responsibilities

• Core Talent Architecture: streamline and strengthen core talent practices including performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning.
• Manager Scaffolding: develop simple, high-impact frameworks and learning events for managers, partnering across functions.
• Embedded Development: deploy leadership development initiatives integrated into daily operations.
• Employee Career Development: implement embedded programs and mobility strategies to enhance engagement.
• Culture Quarterback: standardize communication of culture and values globally.
• Flow-of-Work Integration: integrate learning into daily tools like Smartsheet, Claude, and Slack.
• AI-Assisted Operations: prepare talent data infrastructure for AI learning models and nudges.
• Predictive Talent Signals: evolve reviews into continuous, data-driven insights.
