Solera is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage communications, documentation, setup, installation, and billing activation during onboarding for new customers. The role is remote and requires strong organizational skills and clear communication to ensure a successful product launch.

You will work with internal teams and clients to configure products, schedule trainings, and guide customers through installations, maintaining Salesforce logs and ensuring timely billing.
