Job summary

Heaven Hill in Charlotte, NC is seeking an On-Premise Channel Manager to execute our on-premise strategies in NC. This remote position reports to regional leadership and will work with local distributor sales teams to drive brand objectives.

You will manage distributors, develop key on-premise accounts, present programs, and coordinate national initiatives in your market. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in distilled spirits or wine sales are expected, with strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Analytical skills for data gathering and presentation.
• Sales and Marketing knowledge including strategy, tactics, and demos.
• Good managerial and effective presentation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-premise brand initiatives and maintain distributor relationships in NC.
• Manage distributors daily, ensure brand policies and objectives are met.
• Develop key on-premise accounts and regular call frequency.
• Present programs and leverage brands to drive volume and goals.
• Coordinate with regional managers and distributor teams on plans and updates.
• Provide market updates and monthly activity reports to leadership.
• Support national initiatives in the local market and ensure alignment.
