Job summary

Heaven Hill is seeking an On-Premise Channel Manager to drive our on-premise strategy across North Carolina. You will lead distributor sales teams, manage key accounts, and execute brand initiatives at the field level in Charlotte, Asheville, Greensboro, and surrounding areas.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience in the spirits/wine distribution landscape. Remote role with ideal base in Charlotte, with collaboration across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Five (5) plus years’ work-related experience in distilled spirits/wine supplier industry.
• Analytical skills for data gathering and presenting to varied audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-premise strategic initiatives in NC and manage distributor sales teams.
• Coordinate with distributors to meet brand objectives and promotional activity.
• Develop accounts and maintain relationships with key on-premise venues.
• Lead planning and review meetings with distributors and On-Premise Directors of Sales.
• Provide market updates, training, and compliance with national mandates.
