Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands seeks an On-Premise Channel Manager to drive field execution of on-premise initiatives in Illinois, evaluating and implementing programs and training distributor sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business, 5+ years in spirits/wine, strong analytics, sales and marketing know-how, and excellent communication. Remote-ready with a Chicago base and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to gather data from various sources and present to audiences.
• Sales and Marketing knowledge including strategy, promotion, and sales control systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributors and field execution of brand programs.
• Train distributor sales teams and monitor performance.
• Support local sales team and key on-premise accounts.
• Develop relationships with accounts and promote brand volume.
• Present and leverage brands at events to support objectives.
• Coordinate with distributor teams and management on strategy.
