Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking an On Call Nurse (RN) to support our resident communities after normal business hours. This remote role uses a home office setup to triage calls, assess symptoms, and determine the appropriate level of care for residents.

You will document findings in the EHR, collaborate with health care providers, and follow Nursing Process standards. The position is part-time (12+ hours per week), overnight 12-hour shifts, with Sunday and PRN coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in home state with compact licensure.
• Strong nursing assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and triage resident needs.
• Assess symptoms and determine level of care.
• Document assessments and actions in the EHR/EMAR.
• Collaborate with health care providers and care teams.
• Prioritize calls to ensure resident safety.
