Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate On Call Nurse (RN) to provide after-hours triage for residents across our communities. This remote, part-time role involves overnight shifts (12 hours) from a home office, supported by company equipment. You will assess symptoms, guide care decisions, and document properly in the EHR/EMAR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home state; must hold compact licensure.
• Strong nursing assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and triage resident needs.
• Collaborate with community callers to assess and determine appropriate care.
• Document in the resident EHR/EMAR accurately and timely.
• Prioritize calls to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and emergency services as needed.
