Job summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking an experienced On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote, part-time position. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to support patient care from home. Candidates must possess a current Compact Multi-State RN License and have at least 3 years of RN experience. This position requires availability for 20-25 hours per week, working primarily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET. Compensation includes a flat rate per shift and additional pay for patient calls.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, unrestricted Compact Multi-State RN License.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in Case Management or Chronic Disease Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with complex cases escalated by care coaches.
• Triage and follow up with patients directly.
• Maintain communication with case management care coaches.
