Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting, LLC is seeking an On-Call Contact Center Representative to support a state government program. This remote, on-demand position will cover shifts between 7 am and 7 pm Eastern Time and requires a reliable laptop with a hardwired connection.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions, and staying current with procedures. Prior contact center experience and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Prior high-volume contact center or customer service experience required.
• Experience in a virtual/remote environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and established procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate responses to public inquiries per protocols.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Share only approved information and ensure communications comply with policies.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the designated system.
• Stay current on procedural changes and FAQs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.
